Who writes this site
I am Yevhen Zelenyi, a Senior SEO and Organic Growth Specialist with more than 12 years in SEO. Many of my projects ran on networks of sites rather than one domain, so the question “which tool for many sites?” is a practical one for me. This site is my research on it.
How I compare
- Same criteria for every tool: pricing model, cost at 1 to 1,000 sites, hosting, what the sites share, bulk changes, languages, monitoring, AI search controls, API access, lock-in and learning curve.
- No ratings or rankings. The tools are built for different jobs, so a single score would hide more than it shows. Lists are alphabetical.
- Facts over impressions. Prices come from vendor pricing pages and terms; features from official documentation and, for AffBulk, its admin panel and MCP server. Anything a vendor does not state is written as “not stated”.
- Dates on everything. The current set of prices was checked on 20 October 2026.
How often pages are updated
Prices and plan limits are re-checked at least every 90 days and whenever a vendor announces a change. The date at the top of each page shows the last full check.
Disclosure
This site is published with support from AffBulk, one of the three tools compared. Some links to Webflow, WordPress and hosting providers may carry referral tracking; links to AffBulk are direct. AffBulk does not edit the text, and its limits are listed with the same detail as everyone else’s.
Corrections
Found an outdated price or a factual error? Send me the page and a link to the vendor source on LinkedIn, and I will correct it and update the page date.
