AI assistant by Anthropic. Writes sites in chat, publishes Artifacts to a public link, edits codebases with Claude Code and connects to other services through MCP.

Claude can write and publish a website; AffBulk stores, builds and deploys networks of them. I compared what each does, what it costs and how they work together through MCP.

AI assistant by Anthropic. Writes sites in chat, publishes Artifacts to a public link, edits codebases with Claude Code and connects to other services through MCP.

Multi-site CMS that builds static sites and deploys them in bulk to your own CDN; can be driven by Claude through MCP.
Summary (as of 21 October 2026)
- Claude is an AI assistant from Anthropic. It can write a whole website, publish a small app as a public Artifact link, and with Claude Code edit a codebase and open pull requests. Hosting, domains and deploys stay with your own tools. Pro costs $20 a month ($17 billed yearly).
- AffBulk is a multi-site CMS: it stores the pages, builds static sites and deploys them to your own Cloudflare, Bunny or server. It costs from $499 a month for 100 sites.
- They are not either-or: AffBulk lists Claude among the tools it works with, and Claude can drive AffBulk through MCP. The real question is whether you want Claude to manage files and deploys itself, or a CMS in between.
Disclosure: this site is published with support from AffBulk, one of the tools on this page. AffBulk does not edit the text; every price comes from the vendor’s own page, checked 21 October 2026.
Yes, in three ways, according to Anthropic’s own docs:
| Task | Claude on its own | AffBulk (with or without Claude) |
|---|---|---|
| Writing pages | Claude writes them | Blocks in the admin, AI prompt chains on your own keys, or Claude through MCP |
| Where pages live | Your code repositories | AffBulk’s admin panel |
| Building the sites | Your build tool (for example a static site generator) | Built into AffBulk |
| Hosting and deploys | Your own hosting and CI, one setup per site | Bulk deploys to your Cloudflare, Bunny or server |
| One change on every site | Claude Code edits each repo | Edit a preset or link variable, then bulk deploy |
| Monitoring | Not included | Uptime, index and DMCA checks, Search Console data |
| Languages | You build them | Built in, automatic hreflang |
| Skills you need | Developer comfortable with git and CI | Editor-level admin; developer optional |
| Claude | AffBulk | |
|---|---|---|
| Entry price | Free; Pro $20/mo ($17 billed yearly) | Mini $499/mo for 100 sites ($399 billed yearly) |
| Heavier use | Max $100 or $200/mo (5x or 20x Pro usage per session) | Starter $999 for 500 sites; Growth $1,799 for 1,000 |
| Teams | Team Standard $25 per seat/mo ($20 billed yearly) | 1–10 seats by plan; $70 per extra seat |
| Usage limits | Reset “on a rolling five-hour session window”; paid plans add weekly limits | 300–12,000 deploys a month by plan |
| API | Per million tokens, e.g. Sonnet 5.5 $2 in / $10 out, Opus 5.5 $4 / $20 | API and MCP included from Growth; $300/mo add-on on Mini and Starter |
| Not included | Hosting, domains, CMS | Hosting/CDN, domains, AI model usage on your own keys |
Claude’s subscription is cheaper, but it covers only the AI. To run a network with Claude alone you also need a repository, a build and a host for every site, and the time to keep them in sync. To let Claude manage AffBulk through MCP on the Mini or Starter plan, the API add-on adds $300 a month.
AffBulk’s homepage lists Claude among the tools it “works with” and says you can “Connect: Claude, ChatGPT or any AI via MCP (no code)”: ask in plain words to build a site, create pages or fix meta tags. In that setup Claude does the writing and editing, and AffBulk keeps the pages, templates, links and deploys for every site in one place. I built the pages of this website that way.
For other multi-site tools see AffBulk alternatives and the three-way comparison.

Claude writes and edits. A CMS stores pages, templates and links. A host serves the files. With Claude alone you wire the last two yourself for every site; with AffBulk they live in one panel.
#1
#2Yes. Claude can write a complete website in chat, publish a small page or app as an Artifact with a public link and embed code, and with Claude Code edit a codebase, commit and open pull requests. Hosting, domains and deploys run through your own tools.
Anthropic’s docs describe publishing Artifacts to a public link that can be embedded on another site. They do not mention custom domains or full website hosting, so a production site still needs your own host.
As of October 2026, Claude Pro costs $20 a month or $17 billed yearly and includes Claude Code. Max costs $100 or $200 a month for 5 or 20 times Pro usage per session. Hosting and domains are extra.
No. AffBulk is a multi-site CMS that builds and deploys static sites. It works with Claude through MCP, so Claude can create pages and fix meta tags inside AffBulk, while AffBulk handles templates, links and bulk deploys.
Yes, through AffBulk’s MCP server. API access including MCP is included from the Growth plan and costs $300 a month as an add-on on Mini and Starter, according to AffBulk’s pricing page.
With Claude alone you need a repository, build and host for each site and a developer to keep them in sync. AffBulk keeps all 100 sites in one panel for $499 a month. Many teams use both: Claude for the writing, AffBulk for storage and deploys.
Anthropic describes it as an agentic coding tool that reads your codebase, edits files, runs commands and integrates with your development tools. It is included in all paid Claude plans and shares their usage limits.
